Fresh Mondays are for Pancakes!

Hey cuties! Its Esther here and toooodaaayyy (finally) I come to you guys with a Fresh Monday recipe! I make these pancakes all the time, its my go to recipe. You can add whatever you want like berries, bananas, nutella or jam. They're guilt free, super easy to make and taste deeliciouss.

I can seriously eat this every day, twice a day, I don't care.

Here comes the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup of oat flour

1 egg

1 cup of almond milk

A little bit of vanilla

A touch of ground cinnamon

Stevia or Truvia (or whatever you like) for sweetness.

PAM canola oil in Spray

For preparation, place all the ingredients in the blender and

blend.

In a heated and previously greased pan place the mixture. One helpful tip is that you are going to flip the pancake over when you start noticing little holes in them. These holes mean that the pancake is fully cooked on the other side. After flipping it over, leave it for about two minutes, and its ready!

This recipe is for about 10 to 20 pancakes, it depends on how much mixture you put on each! I added natural peanut butter, sliced bananas and sugar free maple syrup!

Love them for breakfast, or as a snack in the middle of the afternoon.

Hope you enjoy this recipe!

Lots of kisses,

Esther
