Fresh Mondays: Fall Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Although I try to avoid having bread, I love a good grilled sandwich. I saw this recipe on Pinterest and had to do it right away. I switched some of the ingredients, instead of sourdough bread I had a bread made of nuts to make it fit more to my tastes. Technically is not the same recipe (haha), but you know what I mean. I love cheese, so its really hard for me to quit on it, and this recipe its incredible. You really wouldn't think the combination would be tasty, but it is.
Believe me.
So, here are the ingredients that I used.
2 slides of gouda cheese
1 slided fig
You can add butter to the bread slides to make it more savory, but as is its perfect. I left it on the grill for about two minutes each side, and waited until the cheese was completely melted and delicious. Aaaandd
boom!
Perfect fall sandwich in five minutes.
