Current Reads and Podcasts

TV shows, podcasts and books seem to be the only things that get me through the weekends. I am up to date with Grey’s Anatomy, re watched the six seasons of Sex and the City, and I am currently re watching Desperate Housewives (so much better the second time!). Although I love a good TV show, I can only watch so much TV at once, so I have compiled a good collection of books on my Kindle to go through when Netflix doesn’t do the trick.

Some of the books I’ve been enjoying are Loving What Is, really helping with my perspective about life and staying positive, The Compound Effect for the importance of our actions and their effect long term (specially right now, what can we do to make our life easier, maybe better?), The One Thing which is also a podcast, Why We Sleep is making me want to change my entire night time routine, and for a little fiction, Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore is taking me away from my Lower Pac Heights apartment to all over San Francisco with its magic.

I have also being enjoying listening to podcasts in the mornings, and during the afternoon slump to keep me motivated. It also feels I am having a conversation with someone haha. My favorites have been,
